The website is fully managed by you therefore external support is an unlikely occurrence. However, should you require support we are on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For your peace of mind, the website is hosted on a dedicated server for School Sport Partnerships and is backed up every night ensuring your data is both safe and secure. Should you ever edit or delete in error, we can retrieve you data as soon as you let us know.

After receiving a demonstration of the website, showing you how to keep the site updated, it becomes clear that features on the site are easy to use and can be managed by all ability levels. We have spent a great deal of time concentrating on usability, ensuring the time you spend updating and managing all aspects of the site is kept to a minimum.

A user manual, explaining all sections of the site and how they can be used, is also provided for your reference. The majority of partnerships don’t feel it’s necessary to us the document, but it is there for your peace of mind as and when you may need it.
