PDM

Over a year ago now, I reached the point in our partnership where we were drowning in paperwork… invites to events, information flyers, changes of venues, PLT claim forms, confirmations, team sheets. In the end I felt like I was spending more time sending and writing than managing the partnership. I sat back over the holidays and thought about a website.. one that did all of this for me, one that reduced our paper trail, one that provided SSCo’s with information on their families and one that was a useable and accessible resource for our PLTs.

By the end of the summer, with the help of a whole range of people, we have created this website. unique, individual and totally life changing. It does everything a PDM, SSCo and PLT could wish for and now even further developed a whole range more. As a PDM the administration of the partnership has totally changed, I can now manage the partnership once again and focus on developing the partnership now and in the future… no longer surrounded by paper.

SSCo

The development of the website for our partnership, now means that I have all the information on my family of schools available 24/7 and at the touch of a button. If I want to know who has entered a recent event, I log into the site, go to my family page and look at all the activities my only family of schools have entered. I can check their team sheets are up to date, their tracker system for their school is being completed.

I can add family events in and know that all my schools will get an email straight away. The website means more information available to an SSCo, increased communication with their PLT and an easy, accurate way of monitoring school involvement in the partnership… to an SSCo this site is invaluable.

PLT

A year ago I would receive a letter from the partnership in the post almost every week and some weeks when things were busy even more. I was constantly sending back bits of paper whether that was to book us in to an event, to claim money etc. I received so many confirmations for things, I often miss placed them or could not remember what I had booked in for and what I had not… now I just log in, make all my bookings, claim all my money and even pre enter my team names.

I get an automated email confirming everything and if I lose that then I can just log in again and check what I have done. How many days I have claimed, change my team names, check the events I have booked in for or check festival requirements. I can down load photos for wall displays, get some really great resources and even see how my team are doing in a league and because it is always there, it takes me half the time everything use to, it truly is fabulous.
